both do terrible damage the vs doesn't toss it's opponents around like i wanted it to, the hs flings around but hasn't truly been tested yet

Seems quite hard for the VS to hit the opposing robot anyway due to the small room between the supports.

Yea wider robots are it's bane.
also the supports extend further our than the disc itself so it hardly hits anything.

Oh well, Ironforge is all about good looks anyway and not really competitive.

literally all the bots in there have the competitiveness of stock like they look irl-ish but they can rip open a bot like maelstrom rips open a tuna can

I mean the bots people have been making for it lately. The bots provided in the pack are not a good example of IRL (especially the flamethrower rammers.)

make an invertible shell spinner and see if they get confused

The difficulty of the sample bots are set to NAR AI 1.1 to show different components and bot types, and for general balancing purposes. They are made somewhat functional so I know everything is working properly.
Of course, Ironforge will be re-release once I receive 15 IRL teams.

Probably not anytime soon, although I do intent to nerf the 70kg hammer to some extend with the AI release. I just wanted to throw it out there to see how people react to it.

the 70kg hammer is a great joke but is annoying
all that id want is some more wheels and angled side panels

We need some wedges, because so far the 45 degree thingamajigs can barely get under the damage tester, more wheels would be nice, and perhaps more weapons? As for the motors, I like the variety.

Have you try putting skirts on single skirt hinge? I am just saying.
Getting under stuff requires some kind of hinges even in DSL.

Very meh about this one. Obviously Bass Cannon just rebuilt in Ironforge. Speaking of which, hope we see some Low walled/non enclosed arenas in the next update so flippers actually stand a chance.

however i have a new design which will probably replace it next time i build
the theme for the team so far is using only absolute colors i guess. black and white. With the VS being the black sheep of the bunch (Only High ADC bot in the team)

in case you guys were wondering, it does its job just fine. hammer swings great. though i haven't been able to test it out much. damage tester is invincible and i'm tired of losing to the other bots
