The problem with the VS idea is that it stops Jackpot having the slot machine feel to it with the arm. Would be an interesting variant, perhaps.

Anyway, Ironforge dump with bots that I have built:



Deadbeat rebuild. I feel I kinda went a bit overkill here.



Bushido rebuild. I had no idea how to make this an effective hammer with swords so... yeah.



Lil' Dog rebuild. Not the best, but it's Lil' Dog. Did you expect a laser cannon somewhere?



Eye Poker rebuild. It's a thing I guess.

My next bot will be Hanky Panky. This will be a bit tricky for me since I could make it a weaponed flipper or a popup. I kinda want to go with the former, but what do you think I should make it?

Make the Slots a drum instead.

If they have been built, then I haven't gotten them. The bot isn't bad at grabbing but it's not amazing. At least trapping it's good.

Seeing that about a couple teams have gotten a couple extra bots, I might as well start building them now. So I'll start with some AW's and BW's. Like these two:



Left: Chewhuahua (I know that's not how it's pronounced but I wanted the pun.)
Right: Rottweiler

Both are just rammers with a lot of offense. There's nothing really much else to say about them.

Holy carp I posted in here.

Anyway, for those unaware, I won two BOTMs.  I know I'm very late on this first one, but I might as well get my late thoughts out.



This was actually inspired by Click's Hot Rod thing that was made a long time back.  I actually had that downloaded when the Atari Bot exchange was still around and active.  Man those were the times.  I actually thought I'd be a dead giveaway with how I written my thoughts on it:

#2: I remember a stock artbot made by Clickbeetle way back when the Atari bot exchange still worked and this looks a lot like that. Ah memories.

Fun Fact: I originally wanted to replicate the actual Hot Wheels Car, but the helmet thing would've been a friggin' nightmare to replicate.

Here's the one that got me my most recent win:



Yup.  I know it ain't that pretty from aesthetic standpoint with all that gray in there.  I originally wanted to make some re-skinned flippermakers with red and yellow on it, but I guess my compiler just didn't have it's coffee and wouldn't want to cooperate with me.  As a result, I had to stick with the regular colors.  In a way, I think it's a good thing to happen.  That would've taken ages for me to complete at that rate and I probably would never have entered.

Again, thanks for voting for these guys.  :)

Don't expect anything awesome from this.  It's not that good since the AI does funky things with it.  I'm only entering it for some originality.

Straight ahead.  I took a lot of notes from the original Kheper so that I could have less trouble AI'ing it.  Ironically, I had loads of issues I can't figure out what the AI issue is.
