So if you allowed Pizzaguy2020 to pick in the first place, what was the point in setting up the poll?
I'm aware that the poll was set up first before Maths Adventure: Good Robots Die (MA:GRD) finished, but you never made any mentioning about Pizzaguy or whoever won MA:GRD actually was chossed into picking the arena in the final say of Light vs Dark 3 on both this board and the MA:GRD board. This is no problem because at the end of the day any arena is better than no arena, but the twist was just completely out of the blue like if this was so sudden.  But I'm not going to be stopping you doing these twists, Just that most of us were not expecting it, despite the popular vote of the poll.

Yes, now I understand what you said: When you said the later quote like most users, I clearly thought that this poll would be for the chossed arena before you decided that Pizzaguy picks the arena. But as you stated in the former quote as stating the obvious, there is no mentioning of the poll going to be used in the first place. I'll have to make sure that I read carefully before assuming that you'll use these polls for next time.
But do carry on with what you are doing.

You have a point Jamied, seeing how the thread has "Gone Wrong". I'll stop if Avalanche stops or we both reach an agreement on how some of us cannot take a joke sometimes ok?

Right then, to get this thread back on track, I went ahead and got the rules pasted in.  I also updated the logo, I think it's a lot better now personally.  Have I missed anything important?

Best logo that I've seen. It's a shame you didn't add in any of the "Gone wrong" gimmicks, but I'm happy with the rules even without adding any gimmicks into the mix.

I like to alternate running one very gimmicky tournament (such as Math Adventures or Ribcage Rampage) and one normal tournament (such as D5, D52, and ironyforge tornoment).  This one just happened to fall into the "less gimmick" spot.

BORING RULES
-Stock MW, unrealistic building style.
-No cheatbot parts, custom parts, etc.  This includes recoloured ones.
-Multibots are not allowed due to rumble matches.
-SnS are not allowed.
-Crawlers are not allowed.
-BOTS MUST SHOW CONTROLLED MOVEMENT.
-No BFE, AAM, EXP, or whatever other crazy acronym you guys use.
-Rule of 7 break is allowed, other SergePatcher features are not.
-Arena will be the Parking Lot Arena, hazards on.
-Matches will be 3 minutes each.
-If you don't AI your robot yourself, it gets Omni.py.
-Havok rule: Matches with major havoks will be rerecorded and not shown.
-I reserve the right to disqualify any bot.  Life is simply unfair.
-You may send updates until the signups period ends.

THE GIMMICK
-First, I'll hold a single elimination rumble tournament.  It'll be rumble format to minimize the number of matches.
-Whoever comes first and second will become the team captains.
-Each team captain gives their team a name (or would it be funnier if they named each other's teams?)
-Captain 1 selects a robot to be on their team.
-Captain 2 selects a robot that hasn't been selected yet to be on their team.
-etc.
-Once all robots have been assigned to a team, the actual tournament begins.
-Each team captain secretly tells me one robot on their team to send to battle.  I run the fight, and the losing robot is eliminated.
-Repeat until one team is out of robots.  The other team wins.
-I will enter only if the number of robots would be odd otherwise, however, I cannot become a team captain.  Should I come first or second in the rumble phase of the tournament, I will skip over myself when choosing the captains.
-My robbot is Rotary Macerator:
