Can't access my old account I need a new one

I forgot my e-mail password, answers to my security questions & my gtm account password...

In a nutshell I had to get a new e-mail address since I am locked out of my old one.

Now i need a new account because my gtm account will e-mail the new password info to my old e-mail account that is R.I.P. Therefore locking me out of my gtm account

Please help I have just got back into RA2

PS: I doubt anyone remembers me: I left as an antweight
