You mean you pirated it? The DL'd version has always been problematic.

Yeah i pirated it but i was searching the game in Quebec and i didn't find it, so my last solution was to download illegally the files, than it was a zip files yes, but precise what you want to see if it's the file of instalation i did'nt have it, its just a lot of files, but did you think than it's the crack that cause all this

read the instructions... you are installing directly to the ra2 folder, you need to install to a temp and drag to the ra2 folder

there is a much better explination in the readme. im sick or repeating myself

Another question and it's the last one, when you say the patch you mean the patch that i can have on this website or the official patch of robot arena 2

No, you need to burn a CD of your downloaded game and leave it in the tray (you need to install the game from your hard drive tho) and get the official RA2 1.2 patch. THEN install DSL to an empty folder on your desktop and drag the contents to your RA2 folder and overwrite.

I had a pirated version, hundreds of problems, pretty much everyone mentioned in this topic, but i realised that RA2 is such an amazing game i thought i go and buy, and i did, had no problems whatsoever and it runs much smoother than the pirated one did (plus only cost me £4.00!!) i think thats like $2.30 equivilant or sumin, anyway BUY IT YOU CRAZY PIRATES, they get enough money they may make a sequal (although very Very VERY unlikey)
