Title: RA2 crashes for literally no reason. (HF isN'T a moron edition!)

I just downloaded stock RA2 for my Windows 8 and it keeps crashing when I scroll down in the exebition matches page (when I select an AI bot). It's really annoying.
EDIT: Nevermind, forgot to install the patch.
EDIT EDIT: It's doing it again! ARRGH!
