RA DSL 2.2 Loading Issue

I've tried doing that, and it hasn't worked - I've also heard of the "change the screen dimensions to 1600x1200" or whatever, and tried that. Nope. Tried together, didn't work. *sad faic*

I had the same issue when I first got it. The only way to fix it is to reinstall it.
