We have a tutorials forum section, and a stickied post with a list of good tutorials, linked below:

Look under the 'Bot Skinning' section to get started, I think you should take a look at Sage's tutorial first. If you end up having any difficulties, post here and we'll be sure to try our best to help you out :)
