What could cause this error? One of the AI robots are already banged up even a match has just started up. I got this same error on old emergency too. First it wasn't banged up at all and then it started to show up in games just banged up.

It happens when you do tournaments.  I think it's supposed to make your opponent look like they've taken some damage from previous fights, even though they really haven't.
