Title: AI pack trouble
Post by: HaZaRd155 on January 03, 2010, 02:25:35 PM
Ya I know I'm a n00b at this downloading crap....so i need some help..... I downloaded the DSL v2.0 AI bots   (https://gametechmods.com/Robot_Arena2/bots/DSL_v2.0_AI_bots.zip) pack and the DSL component pack. I then proceeded to paste these into the robot designs folder and the component folder. The components show up in the bot lab, and the bots show up in the robot designs when i click import, but when i click ok on the bot i chose to import, the game crashes. i screwed with this thing for hours and it still does the same thing. Do i need decals or something for these robots? PLEASE ASSIST!!

It's really just not a good idea to download those two things separately(idk why the components are up for download). Just download this:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1LTTSSJ4

Its a a full game of DSL and all you have to do is extract and play. THEN you can download the bots and put them into your robot designs folder.

i downloaded it, now when i try to run it, it says adobe reader cannot access it

Why would adobe reader want to access it in the first place?
