hey for this past year i have been designing a robot wars game and soon im planning to make it :) the program im using is
unity 3d its a wicked program that works very well ive had 2 years experience of using it :) keep looking on here for updates :D

UPDATE :D

thats the arena out line atm :) it will look more detailed and have a better set when i get really into it :)

colisions
scripts (lots i think)
scrips for the robots to move
lights
texture
stage
music

Indeedy- if you need any help in terms of designing things like robots and arenas, I'm more than happy to help. Also, if you are doing different arenas with music, hopefully this could be the BGM for a RW Arena-

So yes, what kind of robots will you use? IRL ones, ones based on IRL, or RA2-styled robots?

atm they will be boring box or ramped bots to test the robots then when i need better robots i will ask you to design them is that ok? :)

Sounds like an excellent arrangement- after all, best not to run before we're able to walk, here. Plus I've got some good ideas in mind for IRL-styled bots and teams, so I'll be more than willing to do so

So I'll start thinking up some designs for the moment. When you tell me to start submitting designs however, I'll begin doing that
