What game is this?

I found this photo, it looks to be a screencap of a Mario game, but I can't figure out which Mario game it's from.  Anyone know?

Well the (unclearly but visibly) Launch Star there says it's a Mario Galaxy game, but the fact it looks like it's set in some sort of bedroom throws me off.

That is Super Mario Galaxy, in the Toy Time Galaxy, if I'm not mistaken. The Launch Star throws you to the 2D Mario, where the green pixels vanish, the red pixels are lava, and I can't remember what the yellow pixels do. But the Star is at the top of 2D Mario's head, IIRC.
