Derp. Maybe you're right about that. Now, how about a track design to make up for it?

MINING MISSION, a Powered Mine Coaster. Quite elaborately themed with tunnels and mine shafts O'Plenty, it's very exciting for its size, and has features such as crossing over in a figure-8 pattern, a queue that goes under the tracks, and a swooping turn through the trees.

Sweet. I like it a lot, but the middle looks a bit empty.

Thanks. I would've put something there, but there weren't any diagonal tunnel pieces.

Ooh, and talking of Diagonal Tunnel Pieces, here's a design that uses them.

RAILGUN, an LIM launched coaster. Themed on the testing of a powerful Doomsday Weapon,  it's basically an attempt at improving Quantum Thruster. It's got a cobra roll, a loop and an aileron roll.

Very, VERY nice. A bit 'mo scenery and a slower launch speed and you've cracked it

PROTIP: slow down your launch speed to the lowest it can go whilst still completing the track to reduce intensity and thus, increase exitement.

Thanks Fotep! I've got the design saved on my computer, so I'll try that. The design was originally based on The Joker's Jinx at Six Flags America.

And to bring this thread back, here's a track design I only built yesterday-

AFTERSHOCK, a Steel Looping Coaster. This one was originally based on the Schwarzkopf Double-Looping Coasters, which include Teststrecke on the German Fair Circuit, and Colossus the Fire Dragon at Lagoon Amusement Park, Utah. Starting with an 85-foot high lift hill, it drops riders through high loops and helixes at high speed with several kicks of airtime in between. And just in case you're wondering about the location, it's because I custom-built it on-site, and accidentally built it close to a lake. That explains the filled-in ledges.

Whoo. Wow. That's really good. You're getting loads better, GF93. Now try a Hyper-Twister or Wooden Coaster to get those really high Exitement ratings.

Thanks James! I'm quite experienced in building woodies, but I don't do Hypertwisters very often. Maybe I'll try it for next time!  ;)

Shall we start a massive project?

How about it, instead of all our coasters being seperate, how about we make one large park which, is not only awesome, but hosts all our awesome coasters at once!?

I'll work on the landscape, here are it's small beginnings.

(Image removed from quote.)
I wonder if this will still be worked on? I only just found it again, and it interests me.

Ok, ok, ok. Since all have you have asked so nicely, i'll crack on with it sometime today. The whole park's landscape should be done sometime tommorow, and the scenery by the end of the week. Then, rides shall be added, and out park will be awesome.

NOTE: This park is only gonna be 100x100, so no massive uber-coasters or really long coasters like Nitro, please.

Thanks James, I look forward to it! I think a 100x100 map should be decent enough space for a good woodie, a Schwarzkopf looper, a junior coaster, and a boomerang.

Yep, I like to plan ahead  :D

Just been practising building small coasters. Here's my latest one-

TYPHOON, a Wooden Coaster with Millenium Flyer Trains. This one started out life as an attempt to replicate the size of a backyard wooden coaster I saw once on NegativeG. It then pretty much became its own ride, featuring a tunnel after the main drop, nice kicks of airtime, a station flyover, and excitement ratings of just over 8.
Did I mention that it's actually only 65ft high?  :approve:
