I had a friend who was like, top dawg in aVo.

As a result of this, I never got griefed by aVo, but when they would grief they would give me a present of some diamonds, moss cobble and Obsidian if I was on the same server.

They're actually really cool people, they're just trolls beyond humanity.

It started out vanilla, but it's been modded since. Core gameplay is vanilla but the big features allow you to build elevators, there's a casino, a /home command for getting home, a residence claiming feature and a mail/postal system. So most of the mods are peripheral and just extras. They're primarily quality of life mods, to be honest.

Oh, and creepers can't break blocks. That's a popular one. They can still hurt/kill you, but they can't destroy your buildings.

My house. Not really finished yet, but I like it, considering I'm not ever far into my game (Haven't even been to the nether,or enchanted yet) and it's all legit. better than the usual cave-holes, anyways.

Also, what FOV do you guys play on?

That looks a lot better than my house when I was first starting out. I had an idea to hollow out an entire mountain, but ended up with more of a "cave-hole" as you put it.

I play with the default FOV, haven't actually touched that setting yet.

I used to play with the FOV maxed out, but it gave me a fish-eye view of the world. It either works funny or I don't know the proper FOV for my 16:10 monitor. Probably the latter.

Only on LAN. So unless you want me to come over with my 10 ton PC that's bigger than Wales, and go through plugging 15 ethernet cables into your router to find one that works, it's not gonna happen.

Of course, you could set up a server and copy over the world folder, like you could before.
