I saw a spider jockey, I feel proud. Anyone else ever seen one?

Multiple per day, pretty much on demand actually.

I do have a monster trap tower that spawn around 200 mobs / minute and transports them to an automated killing zone and transports the drops to the gather zone though.

All legal, no monster spawners, just floors of darkness.

I am trying to barter my extra copy of Half Life 2 for a copy of Minecraft. Anyone interested?

one of my friends plays Minecraft, he told me he was playing on a server and the host said "I've disabled creepers so they cant blow up" or something, then a HUGE wave of creepers comes on the place and everyone was like "haha you cant blow up" but then they did :P

I got bored, messed with Uranium mod... and well, Minecraft broke... Oh well, I will continue messing around at some point. I apologise in advance for the shoddy quality.

is it normal to stop a spawner spawning by pouring lava on it?

Nope, just put torches on all of it's sides and it will stop.

Minecraft has now run out of memory 10 times, and is continuing to go on breaking. Several more times, and I may be able to show the aftermath of 5696 Nuclear Bombs

I am up to 27 times now. Still waiting to respawn. Several explosions, several seconds of lag, then saving chunks and finally

Works for me.

Lag subsided after a bit, but not up to my usual 30 FPS. Possibly because OptiFine isn't out for 1.8 yet.

I have found an EPIC seed, and I mean properly epic. I'm uploading a video to my youtube chanel as we speak.

The update fixed my world which has been exploded down to bedrock level, and launched the nukes quite far, utterly annihilating most of it, and creating two Obsidian.

I am not able to log in on it (can on site, not on game), but it seems to be having no framerate issues with me, even with 100 TNT exploding at once.
