Letting everyone know that signups close on December 12. Also, we have a group that meets nearly every day on the server to build and battle, so if you're interested don't be afraid to hop on!

I should show off a few of the machines I've been working on but most of them are pretty trash so far so idk.

This can't be said enough. If you want to check the place out, seriously just drop on in. The best way to learn is to come in, build a bot, get some tips, learn the rules, and watch our bots fight. Once you build your first good bot, the process is like clockwork.

Don't be afraid to build a crappy robot. That's going to happen. My first robot was an absolute crapshoot in the weight that it was originally built for.

If you like robot combat at all- ra2, the robot wars games, the arc robotic roleplay (or whatever y'all do) forums, all the different shows, even if you just got into it by building your own- you're going to like it.

Just to let you guys know that we are still running the server and whatnot. We generally have around 6-8 people on in the evenings, GMT-wise.

We would love to see more of you join and do more competitions. (Note that these mini competitions that we do aren't always recorded and more of just for fun).

I will get round to redoing the original post as it is horribly out of date with new, correct information. Plus the addition of video tutorials for creating robots in the game.

All you have to do to download these things is press the "Subscribe to All" button.

I believe there is more you have to download once you get into the server but it isn't too much. Just some models/textures.

How do you know how many people we have on generally, Mouldy? The last time you were on was ages ago. But, he's right. Such famous names like Craaig and Thyrus have joined us. We aim to have Trov, ACAMS and JimXOrb with us in the next few months.

This surely is a lot more formal and organised than normal tournaments but major? I'd save that word exclusively for Robo's recorded tournaments that have Garry's Wars in the name.

I'm sure Badnik would be more than happy to teach you. Or perhaps GeordietheJew. Either way, someone can teach you the ropes.

it's common to start with a rammer first. Spinners are probably the next thing up from that, and flippers afterwards.
