in the SC2 story the protoss lost the technology to keep killed protoss alive as Dragoons.. so you can only die once now.

I don't know about that. A fetish suggests that I would be sexually attracted to such a person in real life, and I assure you that's not the case. But those traits certainly make for a good story character.
