Cool.

Did you just call a crawler... cool?!

Looks good. How well does the hammer do?

pretty good, despite the alignment issues :P

Change the left razor into a Lightning spike and the meshes would most likely align. :P
but then it's all asymmetrical and stuff D:

i'm thinking of dropping a razor (yay symmetry) and getting a caster and longer tail. thoughts?

It got overshadowed by the runner up :P

it's not that i've not heard of your bot sm, i just wasn't thinking about it when i built it

anyway i decided to screw around and stack some ants + copals

i counted about 11 ants and 6 copals (there are atleast 3 ants on the left) and that was <5 mins

why not

now if only i could do that in stock

anyway, a prototype for two tribes since my entry isn't allowed D:
ignore the unaligned hinges/razors, i fixed them

plastic 3, 7 ants, npc fasts and 5-6 razors on each bsg. 2 halfsheets and some tite/alu skirts for bottom protection.
I'm pretty happy with it, it's as realistic as what i've seen so far and if it gets under anything, they usually don't survive long

but that's the problem-

fuuuuuuu

Try re-attaching the wedges and pause before you go to the test garage. Un-pause when you go back on the components screen and look at the meshes then. That usually works for me.

Really? That's not pushing the rules at all.

Try re-attaching the wedges and pause before you go to the test garage. Un-pause when you go back on the components screen and look at the meshes then. That usually works for me.

Then go back into the test garage and go back, and cry as you see your AGOD return. That trick rarely works :L

It's realisitc apart from the popup weapons slicing directly through the razors. If you  perhaps have the skirt hinge lower down and pointing up the wedge, rather than down, that might help with realism, as well as preventing opponents from getting stuck between the razors.

It works until you go back to the garage or go into a match. At least for me anyways.

I've built bots off of axles using this technique and they've stayed with no AGOD. Anyway, let's not de-rail this thread too much.

I'm still not sure how it's realistic. Ty said something about cutting a hole in the MEs which makes it realistic apparently.

Edit: Ty ninja'd me. D:

Update looks good. What does the tite sheet on the back do?
