Been working on a rammer lately:

I have had quite some trouble with inspiration lately D:
60kg hammers, 2 ants, tite 1 with the rest you can see...

Oh and it took me 40 whole minuetes to get the picture on this pathetic excuse for a laptop from the one with ra2 on it D:

Too bad ra2 hates me and it glitches so the wheels act like flails and then it stops the carries on, etc
It's rather hard to explain :P
tl;dr it doesn't work as ra2 is mean to me

I had a similar problem when I tried something like this. Maybe you could try NPC Normals and Mini Wheels.

They are normal npc's D:
I tried it with all the other wheels that fitted and it still happened, just took a while longer...

I think I know what you're talking about. I've had it happen before and I think you need to attach your motors externally (not on the baseplate) to fix it.

A little too few weapons for my taste, but well built. It seems like you could reduce extender weight a tad by using two multi extenders and attaching 20 com carbon fiber extenders to them. Off of their front attachment point you could attach the weapons, while the astros could be mounted off one of the side attachment points. This also gives the added bonus of having the weapons stick out farther, thus better protecting your drive.
