Basically i have my mother's laptop (with vista) and had to download everything again, currently i have normal DSL but i will upgrade to nar ai when i feel like it :P
And it seems people have been making these sorts of things so i decided to make one...
It seems easier for it do to damage and for bots to slide underneath without hitting anything (apart from the razors ofcourse :P) and is a bit more stable than lets say, SM's bot (even with one of the side wheels-holderthings gone it is stable) and has more weapons (by 1kg yey).
But i don't really like these sorts of designs because they are too messy/fragile for me :P
Don't expect as much from me as this is my mother's computer and she doesn't know i have it on here, she will need it constantly and for some reason it keeps on crashing every so often...

You could use CF extenders for the one holding the axles. I think the front protection could be beefed up a bit, though.

You're best using a halfplate to defend from VS'.

You can't defend from VS. Even if you take no damage you still get tip over and that's that.

Not if your piston is strong enough to flip you back onto your feet.

dude where do you see any piston? Even if you have piston it will only fire you forward anyway. It won't flip you up.

Anyway, I didn't see that it had no piston. It's one of those barber-shop-door-coverer type flaily things.

@The bot: I'm sure it could be made 20cm lower. It would improve stability and allow for a wider stance.

Stability's fine ATM and it seems wide enough.
And it seems low enough (any lower and the weapons might hit the ground :P) IIRC, seeing the first post of this bot shows how low it is and that was with 7.5kg beaters...

Beater bars are useless though as they will do fail damage on flails. Try to get 3 razors on each for more damage.
