This one is an experiment

For some reason the weight wouldn't show but i think it was 248.8 or near there.
It might not be a very competitive bot

MUCH better. Make the stabilizer skirts static (they're on metal hinges right now).

The stabilizers are static, dude. I'm not sure if the metal hinges still work at this angle, though.

Yes, you are definately improving, which is ofcourse a good thing.

However, this is still a bit too messy for my liking.
As pwn said, the effectivity of the wedgees seems to be a worry for me, if you have Nar AI, see how well it performs wedge wise against a few of the bots in there.

Not bad, though you should work on your extender work

Alright, i have lowered the motors so the wedges are less steep and put some more external armour but took away 2 beaters.
For memory reasons i cannot D/L nar ai so what are the wedgyest bots in DSL?
ATM i have tested it against robots such as Mako and it will get under but only if there is an obstacle to push it against

The extender work is pretty bad. I'd get rid of the metal hinge wedges and replace them with Mako wedges.

With the setup hes got, I'd say it'd be a good idea to just forget the wedges altogether, although that's just my opinion.
If you want to test your bots against tougher opposition (yes, that means better wedges aswell as stronger weapon wise) you should download Nar AI.

Mako wedges aren't good now.
They were better like a couple of years ago when nobody used metal hinges.

The work far better than metal hinges on a VS as they don't lift up with the chassis, at least at this angle.
