I really like it because of its spiky look

As a perfeccionist I must agree with marty on that plow but imo, it's just a minor detail about looks.
If looks concern you the most, removing the front plow might make it look nicer. On the other hand, if it's a question of efficiency in battle, let it be.

Personally I would replace the 2 top ram plates with the front plow.

Would it be okay if I showcased a robot I'm entering into a tournament?

Looks decent, but I don't think it needs a third wedge in the middle.
Also iirc the large ramplates really suck, so I would replace it with some titanium or steel sheets or something.
Can we see a view of the chassis and the back? I can't see how the drive motors are mounted.

Also, Rusty 2.0 looks pretty sweet.

Gotta agree with Lemonism; Don't use the ram plates because in HW competition they'll get ripped off in one hit. Also, The third wedge is unnecessary.

You could possibly replace the hex plates with hollow disks, that way you would increase it's range and also could increase the amount of weaponry on the blades. Other than that, It's pretty good.

Also - which tournament are you thinking of entering this in or is this not the bot you were talking about?

No

Get rid of the third wedge and use the weight for metal hinges, or two seperate skirt hinges. It's only the middle AP that's "wedgier" than hinges, and I doubt it.

Thanks for all the feedback, but the third wedge is there mainly for backup support, in case the other two wedges get destroyed. It's also invertible, albeit barely.
I've managed to beat SHWs with this monstrocity, as well as most shell spinners, and robots like Hope No More, InfCon 7, and even a few robots from 123 stw.
I'll post the pics soon. ;)

It's kinda nice but needs some cleanup. Ramplates are indeed sh**ty. You don't indeed need another wedge.

Try and make it properly invertible as well.

You could possibly replace the hex plates with hollow disks, that way you would increase it's range and also could increase the amount of weaponry on the blades.

And use more weight on extender work, and therefore REDUCE the amount of weaponry on the blades. nope.avi

ramplate advice is good though
