I like the thinking behind UFO but it borderlines realism.. reminds me of my follow up robot to Gyratory Reborn

I have to visit this showcase more often your building style is admirable (well at least admired by me :))

if only the top part spins it just means its realistic :-D

that robot however is a shell spinner... most combat robot shows (robot wars and battle bots) did call Sheck spinners, Full body spinners but after such robots like Y-Pout the title of Full Body Spinner was given to them

If you want efficient bottom armor use titanium halfsheets and attach them by the second attachment point that is located in the middle of the sheet.

emtpy space or no empty space its still awesome

its an interesting concept I think could be developed even more.. faster drive perhaps and you could have it drive over the robots causing damage along the way

Showing the insides would really help a lot. But from what I can see here, using weapon motors for drive is bad (NPCs or Fasts would be very better). And ice picks have normals.

But it still looks pretty cool. :D

TWM3R2s are bad for drive. Not enough tourque.
