Another one. This one was very much influenced and inspired by a certain other member here. I wonder if you can guess who  ;)

Drive is 2 NPC fasts so it's pretty fast actually. Wedge, sides and top armour are all titanium with the rest being aluminium. Clamp is powered by a medium VDMA R/P. Srimech is a slow mag snapper. 11X typhoon spikes in the jaw and a spiked club on the thwacking tail for weaponry. Fairs pretty well at killing spinners. 4X battlepacks and 797.7 KG weight.

I stand by what I said in that this is one of my favourite robots that I've seen someone build on RA2/DSL etc ever! It's so creative and cool, I'm a massive fan of the eyes/clamping face and I hope to see this in action soon!  ;)

Wow thanks guys  :heart_smiley:

Hope to see it combat myself soon too. It's a surprisingly effective spinner killer with the Ti wedge and all those spikes.

Aaaaaand here's another one. Haven't made an HS in a while so I figured I'd do one. Went for an angled disc this time. Another custom disc though drastically less cool and study looking than the last two. Armour is 100% titanium so it's bloody sturdy, Tornado Mer gearbox for the spinner and a slow mag snapper for the srimech. Dual NPC fasts for drive. Comes in at 797.9 KG with 2 black batts and 2 ants

Has anyone tried skinning hex plates yet? Digging the look, but the color change with the hex bugs me.

Another new one. This one's yet another front hinge flipper. Pretty happy with the appearance of most of it, though the underside panel is an abomination and it's rather underweight (770KG with all panels being steel and a steel 10 chassis, though said chassis is only 1x1). Dual NC fast drive, s battlepacks and 2 ants for power, 1X storm burst motor for the flipper and not one but TWO AERIALS.

TY guys  :heart_smiley:

Here's yet another one. Axebot this time. Originally used the geared beta but was having a nightmarish time AIing it (shoutout to Gulden for all his help with it nonetheless) so I just switched to a regular beta in the end and BFEd it to swing 180 degrees. Front plow is all steel including the extenders while basically everything else is aluminium. 2 black batts for power and 2 TWMR2 drives for drive. 798.6 KG alltogether.

A new one. Wanted to do something with the razer motor so I decided to make a clamp/crusher. Bot I ended up making doesn't have much in common with my original vision of what I was gonna build, other than the dantomkia-style split front wedges, but I think it turned out alright. Dual NPC drive, 1 razer motor with 80KG worth of counterweights for the weapon, and 2 black batts for power. Armour is a mix of steel and Ti.

Pics:

Exterior:

Interior (Not pictured is a black batt that attaches to the back panel that was removed):

EDIT: Oh, forgot to mention it's a bit underweight. 777.2KG

Does the razor motor need special ai?

I have no idea. I'd assume so, and I have no clue what py it needs if it DOES need special AI. This was more just a 'for fun' thing because I wanted to use the motor and build a bot type I've not done before. Probably won't get entered into anything so I'm not too worried about AI for it.

That's cool. I've know it was in CB2 parts but hadn't messed with it despite my desire to make a razor clone. Got a good look too

Keeping with my tradition of building a bunch of bots in a short space of time, here's another new one. Cruiserweight lifter/flipper bot. Reasonably happy with how this turned out, though I originally set out to build a rambot when I started building. Flipper is powered by 2 very small VDMAs and drive is dual NPC fasts. 2 blacks and 2 ants for power. Front is steel, sides and rear are Ti, bottom and top are Alu. 597.7 KG in total.
