Interior (Another case of being basically unable to disassemble the bot unfortunately):
1. Export bot
2. Import bot
3. Remove stuff
4. Screenshot
5. Delete version with removed stuff
Removing stuff is the issue. A lot of stuff is attached to stuff that's clipping inside other stuff. I could remove it with BFE or a lot of patience if you really want me to.
I demand you rebuild from scratch, halting when it's time to add components that prevent viewing of internals, or only use the Lexan sheets at all times

It's been a while but here's another bot. This one's for Badger's International Wars tourney and is supposed to be based on Lichtenstein, though the colour scheme is about the only thing that carried over.

  • 793.1KG
  • Almost all Steel armour
  • 2X NPC Fast Drive
  • 2X VDMA Front hinge bursts powering weaponry
  • 1x Long Black batt and 3X ant batts (Lack of space)
  • An Aerial!

Exterior:

Interior (Black batt attaches to the top panel that has been removed here):

That's done tight work angling those plates. Very solid.

Thanks guys!

Unfortunately the wheels on this thing have AGOD as it turns out so I may be ****ed and have to replace it in international wars :(

Edit: I think I've fixed it actually. Also apologies to Badger who I've sent 4 different iterations of this bot to.

Im a personal fan of the aerial. Also would 1 storm burst be more effective? Very nice, shame it AGODs. Was looking forward to potentially fighting it

Edit: Nice to see it fixed

I managed to fix the AGOD so it should all be good to compete in International wars. I think 2 VDMAs is slightly more effective but I'm not entirely sure. I've used the same setup on other bots and it worked pretty damn well so I just used it again here

Was in a building mood today so I made a new bot. This is Breakneck, a CW rear hinged flipper.

  • Weighs 590.8KG
  • Mostly Ti armour with a little aluminium on the top rear and the bottom panel
  • 2X TWMR2 drive
  • 1X Storm front hinge burst for the weapon
  • 3X black batts for power

Pics:

Exterior:

Interior:

EDIT: Turns out that version could barely even lift a CW so I made a version with a Wide Medium VDMA instead of a storm burst and a lightened flipper. Bit less cool looking but it actually functions now.

It's a shame that the first one can't do sh** because it looks fine as hell.

Yup. I've still got it saved, so I may try dropping it down to a MW by switching out some of the panels to aluminium at some point. Might be effective at that weight class.

Here's yet another CW. This one is a spinner. Perm 80 for the weapon, and 4 wheel drive TWMR drive. Named it Hedgehog because of the spikes all over the back of it. Whole thing except the underside and disc is titanium. 1 black and 1 ant for power.

On another building spree so here's another bot. This one's a MW axebot called Seraphim. Small VDMA R/P for the weapon, 4 wheel drive astros for drive. 6 ant batts isn't really enough to get it through a full fight but it's all that would fit (Both in terms of weight and physical space). Weighs 398.9 KG so there's no room for any extra stuff but I'm pretty happy with it apart from the lack of power.

Maybe 2 wheels with more powerful motors would allow you to fit more batteries in it?

Any motors larger than astros either clip through the angled panels, or through the bottom of the bot unfortunately

Jeez robo slow down. Your plate work and angles are top notch. Loving the vs w/custom extender ring. Hammer bot needs something, maybe just looks too boxy in front. Top work though.

Well whaddya know, here's another one!  :laughing

Another custom VS as luck would have it. Happy with the blade but not much else about it to be quite honest. Perm 132 for the weapon, 2X black batts and 2X NPC fasts for drive.

As for the axebot I definitely agree with you about the front being rather boxy. I tried to slim it down and make it more interesting while building it but I couldn't get the angles to work out properly when I did that. I may come back to it at a later date.
