DP - Update - I removed the back plating, the wedge and the thing on top of the spinning bar, to make weight for Ti5.

It's definitely good enough to be accepted, just get rid of the slot and get rid of the external motor (mount it internally).

It's not a question of "how?" but "can I?" There's no real technique in IRL building, there are rules but no real technique. You just do it.

Since it's LW, I'd say low armor and low decoration; you're very limited by the weight limit when it comes to decoration. Make sure your spin motors are supported, make sure it looks nice and has a pretty skin and that's pretty much all I can tell you.

Hellcopter's a bot series I've had for a long time now, and most people recognize the Hellcopter series as one of the more recognizable ones...
