Yes.

Can you put up the insides of Pygmy? I know I know them but for the benefit of everyone else.

Insides of Pygmy, please! :D

As for Robokillase 2, it's much better if you focus your weapons in one direction only. And you can have a much smaller chassis (like a box chassis) and also have a more weight-efficient extender work. But both still look cool. XD
Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)
Rust In Pieces 2 - Claymore (Runner-Up, Favourite Bot)
BBEANS 6 - Infection 4 (Runner-Up)
RA2 Team Championships - Serious Business, Skeksis (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, and Badnik)
RA2 Team Championships 2 - The Other Stig (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, Badnik, 090901, and R1885)
Replica Wars 3 - Abaddon (Runner-Up, Luckiest Bot)
BroBots - wheebot & yaybot (Runner-Up)
Robo Zone 2 - Dipper (4th place, Survival Champion, & Best Axle Bot)
ARBBC - The Covenant (3rd place, BW Rumble Winner, Most Feared BW)

Isn't 100+kg on a Piglet kinda overkill? XD

Also, your weapon rack can be arranged in a way that they also protect the whole front of the bot. Like the original Robokillase, its weapon rack only faces the front, and the spike clubs protect the wheels. But of course, a lot can be improved from that bot. :D

Take a look at Urjee's BW rammer:

As you can see here, its weapon rack only faces in one direction. And its rack is also wide enough to protect the wheels. :D

Well, a piglet actually can spin 100kg fast enough to be effective for a shell spinner, however they still are not ideal. I would recommend downgrading your drive and get wide ant wheels. This will give you more weight to work with should you want to add weapons/get bigger weapon motor.

EDIT: Oh, and for your weapon placement on the shell spinner, I would recommend putting all non-flail weapons on the top attachment points of your panels. That way no HS can easily knock off your panels/entire shell.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D
