OK, expanded the chassis to fit in 10 ants:

Plastic 5
Alum sheets on bottom with middle being 120cm and the outer ones being 80 cm.

It doesn't actually do anything though, does it? You could instead stick it on that Multi-extender that's holding the Side Panel on, so it faces forwards and does a little bit of damage when your opponents ride up the flippers.
