Which ones? All of them are either light heavweights, decently weighted cruiserweight or very light superheavyweights

Looks decent. However, just wondering, but do you have RA2CF? Because it looks like that hammer's motor is fully exposed, which looks ugly and a bit un-IRL. If you have RA2CF, you could at least make the motor partially inside the chassis. Also, the wedge edge pointing out from the wedge is ugly, so you should put those angled sides on the opposing side and turn them around until they are flush with the edge.

Also, you should build to the weight limit. You could make it as close to the CW (which has 600kg limit) weight limit as possible. And finally, what is the armor, as well as internal pics of the bot?

If you have enough weight for the hammer bot, try using a Beta Burst/Geared. Then with any remaining weight if it's still under 600kg protect that burst in any way you can.

Sagaris' advice is sound. You 100% have the weight to use a beta or even just a burst

General tips, always try to build up to the weight limit. You can always have more drive, weapons or amour depending on the design and what it needed. On each wedge, you have the angled sides upside down. You want to have them reach the end of the wedge edge.

Grabber - You'll probably need more weaponry on the end of the claw, and maybe a bigger burst depending on your space available.

Hammer - Sagaris covered this, a beta geared with some counterweights or a burst will be much better than a JX. Giving more power per swing.

Wedge - Add more defense to the wedge. Not much else to say about it.

I think you should change the teeth on Rusty, they don't look good, aren't good for damage and look flimsy.

As for the ring spinner, it's boring by design. It's also underweight even for a CW (600). Upgrade it's drive and give it a better paintjob

The new Ring! Ring! is IRL, but it wouldn't be allowed into most tournaments for being weapon-spammy. Generally, more than four teeth on a single disc is frowned upon. Also, may I ask what's powering the weapon? It seems pretty underweight, which makes me wonder whether the weapon motor is less powerful than it could be.

Rusty is even more underweight, and the way the Sir K claws are perched on the end of the bar looks pretty precarious. IRL, those would probably snap off after a couple of hits. You should use large Typhoons for that instead

It's underweight, as it says it's suppose to be a SHW. Also, SHW weight limit is 1200, so maybe use that 200+ weight for some wheel armor.

Little Rust is underweight, even for a cruiser. Remember, build to the weight limit if you want to get the most out of your robots. For Little Rust, you could have better armour, another burst piston for another flipping arm or more batteries for power. Also it would help if you did post an screenshot of your bot's internals, so we can tell you if your using the right amount of batteries, right drive motors etc. We know from Little Rust that you're using NPCs for drive, but what about battery power or what type of burst is powering the weapon etc.?

You should always show internal pics for bots you showcase. It will allow people to see if your chassis is compact or not, and what component you use inside to determine if they are right or wrong. In addition, what is the armor?

Second, it's minor, but you should learn how to skin. It will make your bots look more beautiful than purely using what is on the game. It's pretty easy to do honestly

Third, you should move your metal hinges inside your chassis and replace those Tazbot wedgelets with regular wedgelets, because the hinges sticking out is ugly, and the floating wedgelets are not IRL.

And fourth, always build to the weight limit. You can use the extra 24.9kg for better drive, armor, weapon, etc.

And that's all for my criticism and suggestions. However, I love the custom bar you made for your bot. It's pretty cool when people do that

While you had built Barricade mk closer to the cruiser-weight limit, the flipper and feeder wedge is too steep. You might want make the wedge for both the wedge and the flipper more shallow so that your opponents can actually be fed onto the wedge, instead of your opponents being able to get under your bot with ease, thus making your weapon useless against them.

Apart from that, I wouldn't use ant batteries to power your bot. They're fine if you are using them for an antweight or beetle, but they should be avoided like the plague if you plan to use them on heavier bot due to their low power put and weight distribution. With the amount of ant batteries, you could of easily replaced them with battlepacks or blacks and still save a bit of weight in the process. One last thing is that Barricade mk 3 wouldn't be classed as IRL due to one of battlepacks intersecting the motor.

Probably the best bot you've built so far, but still several issues. You have WAY too many batteries. 2 battlepacks is enough for the motor setup you have here. You can also shrink the chassis down a ton, so it's just barely big enough to fit your internals.

To add to what TR said, yeah. All spin motors in RA2 consume the same amount of power due to programmer error, as said in this
[ This attachment cannot be displayed inline in 'Print Page' view ]
This means you can follow what the description said about how many motors can a batt power for a certain amount of time before a bot runs out of power. This also means you can safely run your bot to the full three minutes with just two battlepacks as what TR said

You have such a large amount of empty space there. Shrink the chassis, maybe try putting in some front armour.

Servos actually don't use any battery power in Ra2. But you will need some counterweights to effectively lift

I second this notion, the color is simply way too bright, and the drum is too small for the hypno teeth vice/versa. It is a decent looking bot otherwise. Also you might want to add some of those slot decals to the belt area.

Honestly, with custom skin, it gives you an unlimited possibility on how to help make your bot looks better. So if it's awful, then keep making more for future bots. It will make you get better.

Also to note, you can try to resize your custom skin template before adding anything to 512x512 or 1024x1024. This will make the skin more high definition. And you can also try integrate what the game gives when customizing the chassis, by either applying a color, line, or texture before exporting, or using decal that should later be removed in the skinning program to help skin a part of the chassis.

And finally, what program do you use for skinning? I asked that because if you are using MS paint, then change to either GIMP or paint.net

You may want to make the weight balance a bit better, other than that, it looks good!

you could make this invertible pretty easily with bigger wheels. that should let you cut out the srimech and give you weight for external armor or maybe faster drive.

what's its weight?

You're definitely getting better, Nuurakh and Drum Roll are very clean-looking builds.

Badnik's right, with the way Drum Roll is designed you could fit in some bigger wheels, ditch the srimech, and have even more weight for things like armour. I'd also recommend moving the weapon forwards slightly, because right now it doesn't seem to have much reach. HSes in particular are going to hit your chassis before they hit your weapon, and that's not good. Maybe use the next Perm length up.

Also, am I going crazy(-er) or are Ring Ring's internals all intersecting?

Intersecting parts are not IRL, so I recommend using Ant Batteries, as, while small, can still be very useful.

Actually, IIRC, people are allowed to intersect parts with the ring in ring spinner due to game limitation. I think they are just not allowed to intersect motor with battery, motor with another motor, or battery with another battery

Yeah, it's fine if the ring itself intersects with stuff, but your batteries and motors cannot intersect with one another. If you don't have the room, you'll either have to downgrade the weapon motor to a 4-Mag, which should be fine for a CW ring spinner, or rebuild it with a slightly larger chassis.

You have a whole 100 more kg to add more armor. Add wedge edges to the side of the bot to prevent it from getting stuck. As wedge corners to the flipper to prevent it getting torn off immediately. If you can, even change the chassis armor, or add new decals/skins.
Also, instead of positioning the burst motor vertically, make it horizontal and give it a longer burst motor for more power.

Also, it has been few days, but for Greg, you can use the extra weight to put a srimech. Also, please shrink the chassis and use four NPC Fasts instead, with four rubber wheels

whiplash inspired? it's certainly interesting. i'd say you should try mixing up your color scheme more, and work on improving your skinning. the bot's a little too red right now imo

i'm also not sure how your bot's supposed to lift anything with the way the weapon is set up. try to protect your weapon motor some more too, it's hella exposed

For that Mecha Rampage inspired bot, I don't see it as a proper IRL bot, due to the fully exposed internals. You should cover them first

Also, for that Whiplash inspired bot earlier, you should switch to flatmotor instead for the disc motor. The TWM3R motor doesn't look good to me imo, plus they are weaker. You can find the flatmotor by typing cheatbot2 (it's case sensitive) in the bot name, and then finding it in the motor section

its a red box with spindly weapons good job

give it a skin and make the weapons look like they're actual weapons and not sticks attached to the sides of the robot. i'd widen the wheelbase too, it looks like it turns super slowly

also ant batts suck you should get some bigger batteries in there to power the bursts. you still have sh**loads of weight if youre aiming for the cw class, maybe upgrade the drive to npcs?

This bot definitely could use some better wheels, a control bot needs wheels with more grip, and the resulting reduced weight from thinning the chassis, and downgrading to Tit 5 could be put into something like techno wheels.

Still got 32 amount of weight left for armor. Maybe add armor panels to the front, add some extenders to the weapon mount to make it invertible, and also replace the front 2 wedges with Armor plates instead of the chassis being the wedge.

Yeah. Also to add, drop to Titanium 5. It's enough armor for a CW, and it will give you weight for something more useful, like the aforementioned armor plates, plus two hinged wedgelets

Agreed. Also it looks like you just attached those Wedgelets via extender and not by hinge, which is what is typically used. Then again, it could be, and I just don't see it. Also, is it suppose to be invertible or an Aftershock, where the weapon is the srimech?

In terms of looks it's by far and away the best bot you've ever made. Seconding Hop on the perm though. You have more than enough space in that chassis for it and it'll help eliminate some of the empty space you have in there

First of all, Why not HS is ugly. Try a tribar design. Why not HK, looks decent, but there are better flipper designs. DJ X remix, HOLY CRAP IS IT GOOD. While yes, it still needs minor tweaks (I think the skin is not that great), It still is a great bot! Maybe replace the Hypnotooth with a beater bar. Also Perm is a good idea.

You have 40 weight left. Maybe Have a bigger hammer/axe  and maybe shed some battery weight a bit. While yes, I overpower some of my bots, I usually go for 4 minuter battery life. Also, I think some more grippy wheels for having a higher chance of not being shoved a lot. Solid Design, though.

Jesus, I missed a lot. Anyway:

Pls Skin Reptilian. Custom Skinning is not that hard.

Rustlord looks great! Just you need Wheel protection, as seeing that was your demise in Orc Wars.

D2 looks Pretty Good! (Maybe i See a way to make the chassis smaller, but Dsl for some reason is Crashing, so I can't test my theory)

Kharl, Again with the Empty space thing!

Little rusty has a lot of empty space, and I don't know how many bots that spinner can hit. While this is a bad Idea, make it an angled spinner

 WHAT EVEN IS GNAW 2

Reptilian looks................ Decent.

Dread: For your second attempt (correct me if I'm wrong) at an extender bot, looks bland. Maybe add a few colors, like a black outline.

Hammers are fun to build and fight.
You need a “tail.” Otherwise, your bot’s front end will soar into the air after landing a hit. Believe me. Not pleasant.

RedAlert's correct, Vaki IV needs rear stabilisers, otherwise the front will lift right up off the ground every time the weapon fires. I also feel like three Gothic Axes on the same shaft is teetering close to weapon spam. I'd personally replaces the axe heads with a single DSL hammer. I'd also recommend dropping the armour down to Plastic 10 and using the spare weight to bolt an armour panel onto the front for better protection. I will say, though, that I like the look of it. It needs refining but it can be a very good robot.

Hysteria needs a total rebuild. Plastic 1 armour on a HW is almost suicidal. Putting your wheels right at the front like that is just asking for them to be torn off by a HS, whether they have DSL discs on them or not. Your weapon supports are totally excessive, your weapon doesn't need to be that far in front of your chassis. Again, ten Typhoon teeth seems quite weapon-spammy. And with the drive motors just strapped to the side like that without any support, I'd argue that it isn't even IRL right now.

We have very different opinions on the word nice.

That bot is incredibly boxy, inefficient, and worst of all, ugly. Use flats for the drum, as they save a lot on the weight, shrink the chassis, add some battery power, as I think 2 battlepacks isn't enough for 4 motors iirc, and please give the bot a skin that doesn't light my retinas on fire

Try texturing your bot with a unique paint job. Look at bots in my 1.0. AI pack (soon to be released) for ideas on paint jobs.

Oh, and adding distinct paint jobs will make your bot more recognizable as a favorite, too.

I agree with the consensus. You can make it a bit more compact, and you can definitely do better with the skin. Not sure you need two DSL discs on the wheels, just one should do fine. As for batteries, I think two Battlepacks is actually just enough for four motors, so you're fine there.

[ This attachment cannot be displayed inline in 'Print Page' view ]
Are the extenders in the middle just to support the weapon and/or hold the eyes on? You could probably optimise those to save some weight (not to mention the empty space at the sides), and then try and put some more armour on the front.

That's a pretty nifty chassis design, but as others have pointed out, it looks quite exposed and vulnerable to horizontal spinners. As much as I love Colsons, I actually agree with Redalert on this one: swap the wheels for something lighter and grippier, like the DSL wheels. You also have the space and weight to upgrade to the Storm front-hinge bursts for even more power. I have to say, though, this is possibly your best-looking bot so far. It just needs bulking up to meet the weight limit and not get massacred by HSes.

First thing, Titanium 5 > Plastic 10. Always.
Second thing, the bot looks rather tall, (I can't quite tell from the angle of the photos).  Tall is usually never a good thing.
Third thing, you have a lot of empty space in the robot.  Either shrink the circle or don't use it at all.

This flipper could actually be really competitive. Good drive, good power behind the weapon...I think the best thing for you to do in order to make your bots stand out a lot more is give them custom skins. It's what I aim to do on all my chassis bots to make them stand out more. If you ever need help on skinning or you want me to make one for you lemme know coz I have a lot of free time atm

For that bot, I won't say that shell spinners are bad. That bot just generic. In addition, i think you should use the free weight to add a srimech pole. You can do this by attaching a round extender on the center of the bot. Not on the disc for the shell, but on the chassis part, so the pole won't spin

I like the way the teeth are done but overall it's still pretty bland. Someone really needs to come out with a reskinned shell spinner pack.

Depending on what the extenders are made from, you should have enough weight to move the motors up slightly and put some bigger wheels on it. It'll increase the bot's speed, and reduce the risk of a gut-ripping VS sniping one of those wheels off.

Can you show the internals. Because just FYI, in 2.1, one spin motor can be powered by one ant battery only. So assuming that you have three spin motors from what I see, you only need 3 ant batts

batteries do not keep motors at full power constantly in dsl 2.1. motor speed/strength drops as the batteries lose power

iirc it's 40 seconds of full power for a single ant battery to spin motor

stop using the disc covers unless you know how to skin them.

that being said the ring spinner is very well done.

Anyway, honestly, King Bananaman (a new RA2 player who enters OW now, but doesn't join GTM) only showcased that bot on the Roblox robot combat server he joins. So no way Sickle is able to see that before making his bot

looks pretty good. i worry a bit that the weapons attached so close to the shell might not have quite enough reach. also if this thing is inverted it'll be way weaker. not too bad other than that

i like the FS above better actually. bottom wedge setup looks better. the weapon design is all right but i feel you need more weapons total. pretty solid.

i see some DSL-S bots in there, which is good considering the coma state of DSL-S

you do need to work on more efficient extender work though. some of it is pretty unnecessarily heavy also i see static wedges which are terrible. well they do not matter on most mako style VS but on actual gutrippers, they do.

The overall shape (particularly the tail) reminds me of this (https://cdn1.snaplap.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/26160601/1982-Porsche956-no1_1.jpg). The panelwork is a tad messy/unpolished but it's a good build nonetheless.

extender work is a bit heavy but there's not much else to use weight on besides another spinner or some kind of trapping setup. you could add some angled shell parts on the front flanking the spinner to keep opponents centered easier.

what i would be actually worried about is that thing doesn't look invertible. what's the armor? not that you need much for 2.1 cause it all sucks. it's better to armor with shell panels and stuff.
