Electrichammer can make them work. Shame that I can't work out what I do wrong in the bindings.

If you don't mind cheating a little bit, you can use the Beta Geared, then change it from SpinMotor to ServoMotor in the bot file so it doesn't havok half the time.

After days of frustration, I've scrapped Thunderhead.  Working on a MOE based robot now. Any suggestions design wise? (stuff I should avoid)
Battlebots 7: LW Quarterfinals - Voltergeist
Battlebots 7: MW Quarterfinals - Dr. Demolition
Battlebots 8: MW Quarterfinals - Dr. Demolition
Battlebots 9: HW Quarterfinals - Texas Tornado
Battlebots 9: Middleweight Champion - Dr. Demolition
Minor Inconveniences: Runners-up - Hot Rod/Voltergeist
TGRR2 IRL: Texas Tornado 11 wins - 10 losses

As you may know, Voltergeist is the only one my original robots to be returning for BB7.  Here is the replacement for Death Warrant, the M.O.E. based Texas Tornado.  It's drive system is four NPC's and allows for a balanced control and the MOE motor allows Texas Tornado to chew up other robots like a F5 twister in a trailer park.  The weaknesses of Texas Tornado though are it's exposed wheels and it doesn't like dustpans.

No Death Warrent :,(
If you really want to go with this bot, you should make the chassis thinner. WAY too much empty space.

You are pretty much doomed against any VS and I have a feeling there is gonna be a ton of them. Really the only think you can do is shave down the chassis and then throw some Titanium sheets over it (which would cover up the paint job sadly).

Even if it's supposed to be IRL, it still doesn't need such a large chassis. Even M.O.E wasn't as large. Just because it's IRL doesn't mean it can't be efficient.

Doesn't matter.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^

If you're blurring the aesthetical building of IRL with the efficient rules of standard DSL, you're seriously doing it wrong.

The chassis is fine.

Just because it's IRL, doesn't mean it has to be bad and/or inefficient.

But it also doesn't have to be all that good or efficient.

That MOE motor he's using is pretty long too, and I'd think it'd look strange if he shortened the chassis. The autistic collision of the NPC's might not allow him to narrow it either.

Still, (at Scrapyard now), you have plenty of weight left over. You could probably do some sort of wheel guard with that.

the only thing i would do really is make the chassis higher to hide that belt, and add some typhoon spikes or something to fill the empty weight. looks good tho
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Really? I think the belt looks cool. You should add aesthetics like AS said and/or add wheel guards.

I've been thinking about Voltergeist for a bit now and how it appears it was thrown together from some rusty metal.  Well I decided to update it's paint scheme and make it look like a proper fighting machine.  It's flame job was inspired by Grave Digger except the colors are reversed in this case.

Battlebots 7: LW Quarterfinals - Voltergeist
Battlebots 7: MW Quarterfinals - Dr. Demolition
Battlebots 8: MW Quarterfinals - Dr. Demolition
Battlebots 9: HW Quarterfinals - Texas Tornado
Battlebots 9: Middleweight Champion - Dr. Demolition
Minor Inconveniences: Runners-up - Hot Rod/Voltergeist
TGRR2 IRL: Texas Tornado 11 wins - 10 losses

The successor to Enforcer has just been rolled out of the RA2 Dispatch Center, meet Enforcer's Revenge.

Enforcer's Revenge is meant to be a crossover of the original Enforcer and some of today's modern flippers such as Sub-Zero and Bounty Hunter.  I was originally going for a design similar to Live Free or Die but due to game restrictions that fell through.  It has a strong custom built flipper powered by a Judge burst motor, is surrounded by two 40 angled steel skirts, and utilizes the same drive system as Enforcer.  It can readily self-right and it's easy to control and has 3mm Titanium armor.  It's weaknesses are the exposed wheels and and the more than obvious high ground clearance on the sides and rear.
