Very nice stuff. As others have said, you've picked up building extremely quickly. Great work

As my previous axebot, Domination, had really bad armour work as it was my very early days working with this version of the game, I made a new axebot originally gonna be called Domination 2.0, but decided to give it a completely new name. I would show the internals, apart from the chassis is not to be seen. It's certainly an improvement to Domination.

What's in the box at the tail. 2 other things, I would recommend making the wedge so it reaches the corners of the main body then add armour panels. It'd look a lot better. I also think that a double side pickaxe would be enough for the weapon. maybe a gothic axes if you have the weight.

It's the burst piston for the axe, and the whole thing is already armour panels

Dont get me wrong I like the bot but I feel as if you need to add some style to it instead of making it a box with a wedge, Maybe add some contorts in the body.

I decided to move away from the boxy designs and try for the first time to make a robot with more a more interesting shape suggested by one of the replies. The spinner launches the robots quite well and drives just as good too. It's one of the most enjoyable ones I have made. I know the armour panels could be a bit better and enclose the robot a bit more but I like it like that as it shows off the dark red extenders and it gives it a frame look.

I can see what you were going for but you need to make the bot more refined, the weapon also needs a support as its just a floating weapon

Disc needs support, and that wedge looks floaty, otherwise good.

You've got some good stuff here, you're improving very quickly. Liking the look of your flippers in particular. Keep it up!

Ok firstly. Too many batteries 2 reds will be fine. Secondly, you won't be able to self right from the looks of things I recommend you make the chassis less longer so that the disc will hit the floor and self right it. Finally, move the wedge back to line-up with the chassis

nice to see that you've tried to make a organic shape definitely improving build after build. Keep it up

I went less extender crazy and made a bigger chassis because I want to give it a custom texture. It works decently but is quite exposed due to little extenders, but I mainly made this just to finally show a spinner that looks attached to a frame.

You'll need more disc support, more powerful drive motors. Overall I'd just shrink the chassis size and make it more simplistic.

Yeah that's the point, I wanted a larger chassis to make a nice custom texture on it, otherwise there isn't much room to play around with designs

Edit: I want to try something. As I'm stuck and what I should do for my next robot and want to expand my skills further, can you guys give me criteria for a robot, (e.g CW, 2WD Vertical Spinner using a belt drive and ripping teeth). Just something new I wanna try and would spice things up a little, otherwise imma make the same bots and same mistakes over and over.

your weapon frame should be attached to the chassis at more than one point, so it looks sturdier.

It's been a while since I've posted on the showcase, but as people pointed out to me GTMCS sign-ups are nearly at an end so I tried making a heavyweight drum. First time in making a drum, and has already gone under development from feedback, but I would happily say it's my favourite DSL bot thus far.

that thing looks cool and deadly, keep up the good work. PS I am very partial to drum spinners at the moment
