Fitting a medium looks like it would be difficult. If you can find the weight though I'd try putting a second one of the bursts you already have in there.

I have spent quite a bit of time working on a middleweight for the competition based on all previous feedback and think I have come up with the perfect robot, (and easily my favourite to date.) It uses; decent wheels, fast drive motors, medium length motor for the flipper this time to ensure it flips, it can self-right, the armour placement isn't too messy, it has decent armour (being Titanium 5), it has multiple colours rather than just a singular colour, and has a good wedge at the front. Would this be a decent entry to Silverfishes tournament, only 6 places remain so I want to submit something today.

Pretty much what Hoppin said. If you can make it so the 'seam' between the two plates of the flipper is less visible/pronounced this will be a really excellent bot.

The flipper has changed colour and is more attached, plus I added a little extender support underneath for visual. Competition ready?

It feels good finally making a bot that actually works, spent so many hours figuring out extenders :)

As I haven't made a thwackbot before, I thought I would give it a shot. The lack of motors for the weapon allowed me to use strong armour and extenders. The bot itself was surprisingly good, as every battle I have entered against the AI so far has lead to a win either on points or a KO. Maybe I should develop a proper thwackbot for a tourney in the future, as they seem a strong bot choice for middleweights...

I'd suggest making the chassis much smaller or getting rid of it altogether, and using something like drums instead so it's less boxy

that flipper looks rad too
DSL Showcase
is this bot don't lost all razors in a fight before do a damage thought

You are already one of the most interesting IRL builders, definitely a student of the craft.

Make some skins if you're going to have a big chassis. Killjoy could have tiger stripes and be named "Panthera Tigris" or something.

Consider it done. I was thinking of a name change before I saw this, so Panthera Tigris is a good example of a cool latin-named robot.

Edit: The new shortened frame meant I couldn't reach the opposition without them hitting me first, so made a newer version of the original frame.

After the Thwackbot success, I thought I would build my first Lightweight in the style of a Robot Wars Competitor, (no prizes for guessing who). The extenders cover the hinges to make them less exposed and the wheels are Slimbody Motors which work decently.

Hey thats pretty good. Few things. you only need 1 red bat. So I'd recommend you change those ants to a single red. I also think you should change the hinges to 90 or 180 degree axles. With the spare weight add more to the flails.

The red battery is added, (didn't take an internal shot but trust it's there). The spare weight allowed me to add more range for when Knots 2 spins. Axe heads replace the maces used beforehand. Extenders were added to the frame to make the robot have a near zero ground clearance, which makes it more stable when spinning than ever.

Because of how the Axe heads deal damage (across the blade of the axe) You'd deal far more damage to change it to an Iron spike or a heavy spike facing the direction of the way you're spinning.

You picked up extender work very quickly for a newcomer! Some good work on Tigris and Knots.

Spent a couple of days thinking of some fresh ideas and have built a lot of new bots, some decent and some not so decent. However my latest Heavyweight I'm liking a lot. The flipper is designed so robots ramp up it halfway and then get stuck, so they can be pushed near an arena side wall and get flipped out. Two medium pistons were used which give it good power and the overall shape of the robot seems quite cool to me. I'm definitely getting a better grip with the extenders now. I think. I hope.
