Very well built.

Although i'm not sure if that burst motor with spikes is really worth the weight, and i'd change the hammer's positioning. They could hinder the wedge especilly with wide-wedged bots like InfCon.

Still a great bot, if these fights are AIed.

With the 30kgs you have left over, try to bolster wedges and extenders, or put bigger hammers on the front. Which way do the spikes start, down or up?

Awfull green thing from outer

(boardgame collectors will notice that i missed space to finish the bot name)

HW - titanium 10 - rammer (when AIed as whipper, it starts well then get immobilized !)

This bot is in the sad spirit of GBBS and BO : breaks ennemy weapons and than get to a slow, slow win.

Break all Steel Meatball iron spike (fine), but SM breaks its 2 w (better) :-(

? Its interesting...

Not sure what it does(SnS?) but maybe you should upgrade the drive. Slimbodys on a HW is slooow.

i've made light changes to the bot :
reduce wheels size and protect them with hard mounted weapons (no more DSL axle mount)

AIed it with a modified Whipper (add FBS immobility management) :

give better result, particulary against the so feared Steel Meatball that still get naked but without breaking AGTFO(S) wheels :

Phil, that thing is so cool and freaky looking, it's hard to picture how it would function/do in battle. Do you have Fraps that you could link a vid and we could see it in action?
Cool bot.

Thanks.

And thanks also for your help on the AI.py chart.
How'd you mod the "FBS immobility management"?

Input is appreciated. :)

against VS, well it just wait to be beaten, its many pointy tips finished to break one or two hammer, there, most of the VS starts to become instable and the awful green thing may go under their chassis. Its heavy protection (titanium 10) allow it to resist until the VS breaks their weapons.

Against others, it just whips around.

Not yet, but i lock the idea.

I just had to the whipper.py the particularity of FBS. (lines from _init_(), tick() and immobilityWarning() ). I'm not sure yet it has improve really the bot, but, after a feww battles, it seems to resist better to immobility... or perhaps i just see what i wish.

It would be wise protecting the top (hammers) and the wheels.

And hey, i'm glad you just won by points against InfCon.

Or, since it's an FBS, the top dosen't need protecting, because chances are it'll just slip away. Upgrade the drive motors though. The slim ones are pretty wimpy.

Pardon, but WTF is up with the flying lockers? Don't those have a weight of around 12000?

I really don't know about their weight. with speed and good wedge is quiet common (but not usual) to make them fly.
