Apologies in advance for the double post but my last one about minor upgrades to robots was kinda boring so I see why it got no responses!

I finally made an extender bot and I'm thrilled to bits with the result even if it is a bit messy in places

Tit 5 armour, titanium panels and flippers, steel wedges on the flippers. NPC fast drive, ignore the pussycat wheels it now has N-teks. icanged them as I had weight left to use. 3x medium pistons which gives the weapon a reasonable kick!

And yes it took lots of inspiration for Hoppins bot Dave 2

what do we think guys?

Looks good. I'd personally go for smaller wheels, like 2 vlads so you get similar width to the n12s but a smaller diameter, but otherwise looks pretty neat, especially for a first extenderbot.

Great for a first attempt. However I recommend giving the bot armour underneath to avoid it getting gutripped.  You might have to make it smaller to get some extra weight to armiur to bottom of the bot. To do this you cam more the pistons closer together making it more narrower but still effective and correct me if Im wrong but I only see 2 black bats which wont be enough

it has 4 black bats, sorry I forgot to mention I crammed another two in, I'll have a look at the bottom armour but its tough to get it any narrower due to the with of the drive motors more than anything, i'll try and address that but it'll need almost a full rebuild -sighs- I appreciate the advise as always

tried vlads but it was slow and the wedge isn't flush to the ground unfortunately
Taz bots however are perfect, thanks for the advice of sorts!

Edit - it has bottom armour but it might be a bit lacklustre, I made the wedges a bit longer and gold

I couldn't resist going back to this design to try and make it a good, I think it's time I let go and make a new axebot as I don't think this design is going anywhere. Join in saying goodbye to Art of Seduction

and weights spelt wrong in the splash, this why you take your time over things kids or you end up looking stupid...

Like the style, just not the wheels being outside.

How do they look inside?

This is the CW version with a VDMA Piston similar to what I posted a while back but this is what it would look like

Also I made another cat themed drum spinner, just need to make a light weight then I'll have a set of 4. I thought it would be cool to make a series.

What you could do for the Axe bot is square it up, widening would give it a wider wheel base and thus you'd be able to turn better.
As for the drum spinner, it's nice, I'll be it pretty safe and standard.

Thanks man  he now has a little buddy to complete the 4 cat drum robots series

I didn't want to call it 'Kitty' or 'Kitten' as that sounded too generic

I finally got round to making a VS
Might have to redo the skin as I forgot the perm comes through the chassis

EDIT - it only has Alu 3 armour so isn't that tough

something like this?

The discs have that inner circle, I would recommend using that as a good measurement of weapon support

Is this better?
I'm pushing it a bit weight wise to do any more

Thanks, I think the first one looked cleaner but I see now it wouldn't be able to support a disk that size IRL
Also I tried making it look like a single tooth spinner but replacing one of the Typhoon teeth with a Buster tooth, it didn't work because it wobbles about a bit :/
