I thought you deliberately made Roly Poly a practice target ?(090901 rebuild Roly Poly once, but you rejected his rebuilt).

I thought you deliberately made Roly Poly a practice target ?(090901 rebuild Roly Poly once, but you rejected his rebuilt).

That reminds me, today I was looking through my teams and found it.
Now only if it was possible to build Roly Poly with 4wd.

I changed my mind after realizing that Scavenger is enough of target practice anyways.

Also 4WD LW rammer = doing it wrong.

how many razors? 12?

if it is, it's going to get outweaponed fairly quickly i imagine. and the chassis is an easy target for vs and popups (as are most lightweight rammers though)

but otherwise it looks good. for the aw, you could try what skbt did for his botm entry and have a tornado wedge

And now for the new Silex, Silex 2.1.

Armor changed from 3mm Plastic to 1mm Steel, removed the secondary wedge and improved weapon loadout.

I have a feeling it could be better, maybe it's because I improved it in 5 minutes. Good advice welcomed.

Except the new Erectus and Sapiens to be showcased soon !

And now for Erectus 2.2

Less hammer weight, but more KE between these hammers should help. Also stronger extender work, stronger wheels and improved armor from 3mm plastic to 3mm alu. Still NPC's and I haven't changed the internal components and halfsheet.

I hope the self-righting problem is fixed. Need to test it.

And before you ask, it's realistic.

OMG 3 MM ALU LOLOL that's soooo not Naryar......

I think you can shrink that chassis and use that 1kg to upgrade to a small control board.....

I don‘t think it“s even worth it, and the chassis is airtight already.

the main problem I have with it is how close the bottom is to the half sheet edge, which means it can be damaged much easier from the back. You give it a bit of space and spinner type weapons like gut rippers would have a much harder time touching it. Popups will still go through due to how burst motor detaches.

although, if you center the half sheet, i'm afraid that the stabilizer will be too short for the bot, i'll just using move pixel give it 3-5 pixels of space.

that's why I said shrink the chassis by using a small control board, and you will have exactly that amount of space for the back. I mean a 1 x 1.5 shouldn't be able to fit a large like that (unless you stacked, in that case shame on you). You don't have any good use for the weight anyway if you are using alu 3.

As you probably know, Sapiens' main problem was getting trashed by gut-rippers. so => Sapiens 2

3mm Tit, NPCF, 4 ants, and lots of armor. I think you can see everything else.

Since I have enough kg's I will probably attach the 2perm right to a ME on the chassis. So if the disc gets ripped off, I can still stand a chance.

Edit : Oh wait... i'll have to rebuild the chassis

I think you can just use the center ap of the disc so that you don‘t need those huge ass skirts, and to attach both the disc and the 2perm with 2 me‘s, like this:
1st me > 2nd me angled down to attach the disc > 2perm.

I'm pretty damn sure the 2perm's side AP is too high for me to NOT get the disc through the 2-perm.

Actually I may be able to do that setup with a 20cm poly and a me. And it'll be even lighter than yours.

Lol what popup would do something like that? Also half sheet spacing does have something to do with it...... You can "catch the razors" so to say. By hitting the half sheet on the edge instead of the surface, you can buffer the hit... It doesn't work on a popup that hits from multiple angles though. Also Urjak has a fairly irregular half sheet setup on his shell spinner which seems to help.

Besides, popup would torn apart that disk anyway..... Hell it might even de-weapon the 240kg worth of sledgehammers....
