I think the thing should be upgraded by 31%, then rotated counter-clockwise until is it is connected to the other thing at a 40 degree angle.

Yes, but Robot Arena only allows rotations in ticks of 10 degrees. I should probably stop now before I get watched for spamming again.

Regarding the hammer, A single skirt from the middle should be sufficient. But other than that, it looks alright. Insides?

Yeah, that's why my name is green.

Also, it's Chocolate, though in real-life my actual "cake" was a pancake. By pancake I mean four pancakes stacked onto each other with candles.
