Well, I just see an SnS as a box with wheels and some sort of blunt object on a stick strapped to it, I didn't really take inspiration from anything.

The extenders on the sides are literally exactly the as Thwackstar in RFS AI.

I think it's an axe, but here's why I think it being a flipper would be cool:

The beaters are hiding behind the bar, once a robot gets wedged, swooce! Right into the air.

I think it could be a hammer, flipper, or just a weird pusher.
There is evidence supporting all three possibilities.

It's a hammer.

Designed to look like small mallets. Kind of similar to the Battlebots pulverizers.

Completely revamped Flip Service. It shows how much weight I was wasting when I can add two side srimechs and still be a MW.
