Not bad. The front wedge is a little too steep though.

That's the back. The bit that doesn't need to get under stuff.  :dumb)

"What if I just built a crap clone of Vlad The Impaler?", thought Mazakari one night when thinking of something to build.

The skin looks quite nice, though I don't even know how it works so I can't judge the bot's quality.  :dumb)

Well, it's basically a lifter. And the wedge ability of pole spikes to get underneath things should pretty much sum up it's effectiveness.  :dumb)

Since the rules actually state "You can ask for NO HELP, BOTS, or MONEY from the members!", it's assumed before and after.
Yeah, the rules really need updating. At least give us some MORE info, c'mon!
So, let me get this straight. If I was to say, create a display tournament, which in itself is basically a fictional tournament made for the sake of fun, that, say for example, pitted Scrap Daddys, Virus Bombs, and Massimos bots together and the only thing that came out of it were videos and splashes, I wouldn't be allowed to do it? Geez, if I wanted ridiculously strict ownership rules over addons, I'd go back to the forum I came from.

Anyway, brilliant as usual Maz. Do the front forks lift too or is it just the srimech?

i'm pretty sure that if you already had the bots then you could do a display tourney with them. you can't start up a display tourney and ask people to send you bots for it iirc

Pretty much^. If you wanted anything specific, you could probably shoot them a pm before hand.

Yeah, as far as I'm aware, it works as VB explained.

Just for purposes of on-topic, I like the skin on that last bot, I do hope the front forks lift on it as well as the top :)

The forks do raise.

However, they aren't too powerful. Overbalances the robot and tips it forward.

Pretty sure it would look better without the robotic walking frame.

Yeah, I know.

It was originally just that chassis, but it was really slow, so I decided to botch together an exoskeleton to house another two drive motors. Didn't work out at all.

Ditch the frame in the back. It would look a lot better with just 2wd.
Other than that I like it.
Oh I'll be doing some banging.......

It actually looks okay, so you could keep the frame if you cleaned up its construction.

Fix'd.

Now let's leave this trainwreck of an idea alone.  :dumb)

Last post for a while. Growing frustrated with things due to real life problems. Also running out of ideas and falling behind the other IRL builders in creativity. Taking a bit of a break.

Now that I've resurrected my display tournament, I can have a nice throwback to the start of my showcase, and improve the robots I built for it originally.

For starters, Heimdall has gone from this:

to this
