Wedge was for looks, not efficiency.

Plus I knew that S.H.I.E.L.D would enter something similar to his usual VS/HS 'Hurricane' style of design. I just didn't take into account that the top of mine would get battered by his wildly-flailing hammers...

I like the first one. The fact that it is a weaponed flipper makes it far manlier than a flipper overall.

The second one... looks like another of these boring Robot Wars flippers.

get something lighter than a disc as well, like a 40cm Ti sheet. Or just angle your rear chassis for extra cool looks.

add spikes on it also.

Anyway, I like the 2nd one more than the 1st one. Both look fabulous though.
