...Yeah, I definitely need to make an proper extender work tutorial.

except you got better components, the important isn't the total HP it's the HP/kg ratio.
Efficiency isn't everything, that's all I'm going to say. In this case, it is.I was under the impression that Naryar was saying my extender work was messy and unrealistic in the past, but having read his tutorial, I've realised he was talking about using space and weight efficiently. It's still messy.I was looking for a sort of stabilising cage 'exoskeleton' look for the robot. The extenders are staying. Well, they don't need to stay.

Whose call is it whether a robot should be efficient or not? By the way the bot is built. That's how you call it.Quote from: MassimoV on June 04, 2013, 08:08:19 PMQuote from: Mazakari on June 04, 2013, 08:06:05 PMI was looking for a sort of stabilising cage 'exoskeleton' look for the robot. Well get them out, cause they're messy.Quote from: MassimoV on June 04, 2013, 08:08:19 PMQuote from: Mazakari on June 04, 2013, 08:06:05 PMI was under the impression that Naryar was saying my extender work was messy and unrealistic in the past, but having read his tutorial, I've realised he was talking about using space and weight efficiently. Yes, the side stabilizers aren't that great, but Ro7 prevents me from doing much with them.Get rid of that crap in the back and make your chassis smaller to start.
Awesome. Temi would love it.
Oh I'll be doing some banging.......
