Grave Digger looks quite nice, I'm reminded of Pwnator for some reason. I would attach the motors directly to an ME to cut down on extender weight, and maybe drop the Tite ones holding the E-Teks to Aluminium. That could let you get the weight for some more beater bars.

Beater bars do look a tad pointless. And I can't help but think that's overdoing the drive slightly. I'd drop to Hypnos, personally, and try to get the razors a bit closer to the middle.

There's a lot of wasted extender weight here, I'd just use two polys adjacent to the angle you have now.

Either eFFeing, or Axle Loading. Copal Gearmotors work best for Axle Loading.

More armor or a longer wedge would be the best way to use up the spare weight. Your weapon extender work can still be improved; try to attach them like this:

For the fifth razor, attach a third extender to the outermost extender, but attach it so it's perpendicular to the other two extenders.

I don't like your wedges. I'd change them to 1/2 sheet+small wedge. Yes it's heavier but it gives you a backup when your small wedge gets ripped off.
