If they hit the ground enough, that will definitely fall off (the floor causes damage to metal components). Only rubber components will sustain the shock.

You've got almost 250 kg left!

You could use another perm 132. Minimize the empty space. Wedges aren't needed for drums. Make the chassis smaller.

Hey, it's way better than his MM BW. :P

But you can improve your bot if you could add another Perm. But instead of having your drums spread inwards, attach the Perms side by side so you can have the drums spread outwards. Then add some metal hinge wedges on the sides. And if you can shrink the chassis enough, you can upgrade the armor. :D
