I won't judge your DSL Standard bots because I'm not that experienced in that matter.

As for the IRL ones I must say they are outstanding! The extender work is impeccable. Good job m8

Here's one a little different:

Maybe not as cool as the others, but pretty cool I thought. Sewer Snake inspired, if you hadn't guessed :P

Standard time. Attempt at a middleweight juggler/drum hybrid:

And sort of insides:

Titanium 3,  4 ants, NPC normals with hypnos and piglets for weapon motors. Weight: 397.0. Sucks, so advice needed!

Hmm, I don't think the DSL-S regulars would appreciate that. The Beater bars are mounted sideways on the disc, the asymmetrical design of the front skirt doesn't look aesthetically pleasing, not to mention it's mounted on the door hinge, which sucks compared to the regular hinge as it is too rigid and needs a motor control to work. Finally, the rear plow is a light one, which is only recommended for use in LWs and lower, aswell as the polycarbonate extender, which is really weak and would be better off not there.

That's a pretty nice hybrid concept. Not sure how well it will work. I'd mount the beaters vertically and try to move the plow forward. You should also have a sheet coming out the back for stability purposes.
the asymmetrical design of the front skirt doesn't look aesthetically pleasing
don't matter

Finally, the rear plow is a light one, which is only recommended for use in LWs and lower
no it's fine

swap the metal hinge feeder wedge for a skirt hinge (you might need to make the chassis slightly longer for this) with two skirts (preferably angled 80cm skirts) on the end attachments. extend the front two corners of the chassis out slightly and you can put the piglets right on those edges aswell and try having the beater bars on the disk in a plus pattern

it certainly was a valiant try, but ultimately its too light-weight for that kind of hybrid to work. if you made it SHW or even HW it would be better 10-fold guaranteed.
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Not always, but bonus points if you actually pull it off.

You can do a MW juggler/drum hybrid, and even with MW and such an hybrid you can manage to be above average by DSL-S standards... just use less weapon weight in general. Change these discs to 4kg hexplates as well. I would just use 1 drum part, not 2.

Your wedge is pretty bad, mostly the upper one.

Hmm, I don't think the DSL-S regulars would appreciate that. The Beater bars are mounted sideways on the disc, the asymmetrical design of the front skirt doesn't look aesthetically pleasing

hurr the world is black and white durr

The fact that DSL-S cares more about effectiveness than aesthetics doesn't mean it doesn't care at all about the second one.

actually a very good DSL-S bot should be very cool looking... simply when you build DSL-S, you certainly don't put crap on your bot JUST because it looks good.

the asymmetrical design of the front skirt doesn't look aesthetically pleasing

We don't care. In DSL-S we care more about efficiency than looks. Yes it looks bad, but the main point it that it is a very sloppy wedge.

Finally, the rear plow is a light one, which is only recommended for use in LWs and lower, aswell as the polycarbonate extender, which is really weak and would be better off not there.

^^Bad copypasta advice. It's a MW juggler/drum, he does NOT has the weight for a med plow.

hell he doesn't even strictly need a plow.

Thanks everyone for the advice, here is the new version:

Changes are:
-Switched disks for hex plates and medium beater bars for razors
-Only one drum piece, but 4 beaters on that
-Drum motor is now externally mounted on an ME
-All wedges are now mounted on skirt hinges
-Medium plow, and aluminium extenders (but I will probably remove this to replace with something better, as per Naryar's advice)
-Looks slightly better than it did, and preforms better too.

Still has 4 ants, hypnos and NPC normals, and weight is now 393.5.

Better.

Longer lower wedge, please. Remove plow and add drive and weapons.
