Might lighten your extender work, use BSG's and steel 10 = overkill.

defiantly lighten your flipper arms and use BSG's

also try using angled shell panels or flipper segments off the aluminum extenders attached to the burst to protect it

right now the wedge feeds spinner robots straight to the bursts

With 6000 HP's, BSGs don't really need to be protected on lightweights.

I built a lightweight version of that bot in December.

Yes. 6 are enough.

You definitely should move that JX forwards (See Urjak's Terminal Force) because here it counter-balances the bot and makes your wedge worse.

But it's possible to attach the JX to just one ME.

I missed that post.

Anyways, aluminium chassis armor fails (and 10mm is way too much), you could still move that JX forwards, just attach the same JX to a multi-extender so you save 3 kg (i think it is attached to an Alu extender and that Alu extender should be on a multi, but i might be wrong) and you should use a double metal hinge lower wedge for more wedginess.
