Okay, this is just the same thing everyone else here is doing. comment on the bots I post in here and if you want, give me advice for improving them.
I do have a few more pictures I need to take, so I will post the rest of them later, I am just going to post my three main VS bots here now.
Destroyer:

I would like to know what everyone thinks of using the bars like that instead of making a wedge? I have found that it works quite well for these, and I have gotten other bots hung up on there while I drive them into the wall and whack them with the hammerblade.
-
nice. mini is underpowered though.
-
Say, what kind of controlboard is that on Mini and Micro? Its not either one of the 2 DSL ones
-
I don't know what the name is, but it is one of the ones that comes with the DSL Mod. Look around the end of the Power section for the components.
And with Mini [the middle weight one?], the batteries I have in there have been enough to last for an entire 3 minute match, but I might make the wheels lighter and put in another battery.
-
I like the bar stabilizer design (and i have to say that this design is cooler looking than wedges), and that last picture is so cute.
All of your bots have empty space. Make these chassis smaller
LW: Remove three ant batts and add one red battlepack.
MW: Did you stacked the ant batts or it has less power than the LW? Three battlepacks should be enough, and if you can fit an orange battery, do it.
HW: This would need some more power - add some more batteries.
Oh, and if you have the space, use the heavier battery you can- it's like in stock for the batteries.
-
If you can, show a close up picture of the control board. I have not seen this controlboard in my DSL for one or anoter reason.

The ant batteries aren't stacked, and the four black batteries have been enough for the HW one.

Well, it seems that dual perm doesn't drains more than 100 amps - the game says 309, but no.
I'm no really Dual Perm user, too. Well, add some batteries to Mini Destroyer.
-
I have done 5 minute matches with that thing and it still had power, the main reason I use a Dual Perm is because that thing was built to be overpowered. It knocks itself out of the arena just as well as it knocks the other bots out of the arena. But I did build one that uses the single Perm as a backup.
And I just upgraded the MW and LW ones, it seems like they have enough power when I tested them.

I did another upgrade, I made the balance bars shorter and added another battery.

Better now.
oh, and that robot control unit is a cheatbot2 one. not allowed.
-
The bots look good, and I used to use that control board too, but then it said I couldn't use it online and so I stopped using it.
-
I didn't know it was cheatbot2, my game is screwed up so it is like cheatbot2 is always on, except some of the components make the game crash if you click on em.
What about the blue robot control unit I use in the the HW Destroyer?
-
It is fine, so is the small controlboard next to the ant battery.
-
I'm still trying to upgrade them so they are more effective. How much faster would the motors I have in the LW version be than the ones I have in the MW one, because the slimbody motors aren't as fast as I would like.
-
Then use grippier wheels (DSL wheels).. Or magmotors, but then you would like to rebuild all the bot for a smaller chassis.
I bet that you can use Techno Destructo wheels on the HW (and it will go considerably faster if you do so) if you make that chassis smaller.
-
There is a cheatbot2 in DSL?
-
... *astounded*
Yeah and it is pretty damn big huge. ALL the parts from the replicas, Nightmare's disc, Growler's parts, The Judge's hammer and side plates, plenty of motors and even invisible ones, cheaty 1kg wheels or flamethrowers...
-
The HW one goes fast enough for me, and I'll see if I can find some wheels that are grippy but light enough to keep me from rebuilding the chassis.

Here is a video I made today that shows off how they work in battle. And I apologize for not having any sound, Gamecam sucks.
-
Game cam is excellent actually; it is just that you have to pay a lot for the registered version which you can record sound with.
-
The first two fights are very easy, but Coal Miner got owned - what a power, that double perm...
-
I was just keeping it simple so I could show how the weaker ones worked. But I do have problems with it in places like the Ice Arena, where it will throw itself into the air and lank in a spike pit.
And this always happens against a fast robot that keeps shoving me back into the spikes [**** you Emergency!]...
-
Fighting Da Dog and Flip Test Dummy is impressive.
-
Like I said, I just wanted a simple match to show how they worked.
-
The big one is really fun to use against Wrecktangle, almost every part on it will be ripped off in 3 minutes =).

New Video, and Mako gets owned...

There are many (when i say MANY i mean MANY) bots using the name "Destroyer"even very very first stock bot used the name destroyer(but it was hammer).
