the ones that i have built spin incredibly fast, and dont infinitely expand.

haha i changed up the batsuit file in like a dozen different ways and turned it transparent blue and transparent red somehow and i just wanted it plain anything

deleted it now its white woop

instead of following your advice i did this instead and its not great its basically what you said without the pistons but i thought the motors would be a lot faster so its going to get a full rebuild regardless because the chassis is short and would need to be a tad bigger or have the motors on the outside



however i clicked a resolution bigger than my screen in the options so now my screen flashes that its incompatible with the resolution of the game when i open it and theres no way to play it to change it back now so i dont know what do do except maybe reinstall and even though i finally have the time to sit and build i do not have the patience to bring myself to fix this stupid problem right now

Resolution is controlled by a file called "RA2.cfg."  Grab it from a clean copy of RA2 and it should revert to default.

No it spins faster the further apart the wheels go :V

anyway about the bot if you are going tryhard use moar razors and dont use carrot spikes the only damage with the tip, if you show the insides we can give more feedback

I just use the carrot spikes for the look of them. Using razors for a like a decade now i just like to mix it up when i can

i do not think them orange spikes have normals. But they are quite small and generally only good if you are short on weight.

i wanted to have a flipper (had some inspiration to do something nice looking and irl-wise)

i built this with the intents of making it middleweight but i cant stand how i can only use the grandma tires with the motors that i used and still be moderately close to the ground without being skittish and the pussycats (i think) wouldnt fit on one for some reason even though there was plenty of room. this one is kind of a failure in a dozen different ways asides from not even coming in at middleweight at least in the iteration you see here

i know there are a dozen different ways i could make it more effective, especially the flipper arm, but this was made mostly for show

im actually unimpressed with the power of this burst motor, but ive probably underpowered it somehow, overloaded the arm, or im just not doing it right at all in any way whatsoever

I'm actually a pretty big fan of busta, even if he's off steroids and looks inflated. The song abstract dragon with q-tip is tight, you should check it out.

As for the bot it looks pretty cool. It is most likely underpowered as if it is a middleweight though. If you're doing and IRL flipper, I'd suggest the judge burst motor so you don't have to use so much weight on the beta and sh** kgs of batteries.

one of my professors gave me credit for a question on an audio exam for writing in that line for an answer. didn't work as well on the finals :/
i like q-tip a lot so i'll have to check that out. ive remixed a couple of his songs before into some mash-ups but i probably don't have them anymore

anyways im still on a flipper kick and this time i went for a lightweight and this is what i've got. went with the burst motor reccomended here but im still incapable of flipping a damned thing. im guessing my flipper arm is still too big? cause that blows if that were really the case. most of the fun in building a flipper is building a wonderful looking arm!



ah well. has trouble flipping most things in it's weightclass. this is the wrong way
