You'd should be fine with only one black battery, then use the weight elsewhere.

I'd personally go with two red batteries just to be on the safe side. That still saves you 10kg,which should give you enough leftover weight to swap those small teeth for two large Typhoon teeth. They'd last longer, deal more damage, and have a slightly better reach. It's a very neat and tidy design, though! I like it. Could possibly use a proper skin as well, though.

Updated it, to have the typhoon teeth, changed the batteries to red and gave it a paint job + I've made a CW version (though underweight).

Yeah, that looks better. Since the CW version is so underweight, I'd suggest:

  • Larger wheels, and better, thicker wheelguards
  • Upgraded armour (note: anything tougher than Al10 is overkill)
  • Possibly a bigger disc
  • A spike or something on top of the disc so it won't get stuck on the flat side of the disc if it's flipped

I don't think you have enough room for better drive motors, or I'd recommend that too. Basically, just bulk up the CW version as much as you can.

So this is my flipper bot, unnamed, it drives well but my issue is the flipper shape and durability, I also need to add more weight to the bot but am unsure how.

Bit plain, but not bad. Various ways to add weight would include using a more powerful burst for the flipper, rebuilding the flipper to be wider, or adding some extra external armour since the chassis is very exposed. Or some combination of the three.

May also adjust chassis angles to avoid getting stuck on a side.  In that same vein, how well can it self right?

Ok so did some upgrading, changed up the flipper and improved the burst motor. Though would like to do a similar flipper style to the one previously but don't know how to make it effective at getting under stuff.

Replace it with a Perm, and it also needs bigger teeth, Ti 5 is a recommended Armor for HW's so there's that.

skrt is a nice looking robot aside from the skin (but, hey, I don't skin either).

As for the VS.  You can fit a lot of weight in it, even for a cruiserweight.  You can replace the DSL bars and add more protection for the motor.
As  for the teeth, they're fine tbh.
I have several opinions.

Hey, ok so that is a bit rushed and I'll need to fix it up a bit as far as lining the wheels up. Im not sure if I can use the skirts for the dustpan for irl.

I dig the setup, though I'd upgrade the drive so you're using two double twmr motors instead of four singles, that saves some weight as well as battery power for your claw hammer. Also with wheels farther back you remove those forward guards which might make getting under an opponent hard

Ok so I've upgraded my axe bot (Droid) reshaping the chassis, adding a spinner killer wedge and some balance wedges on the back, still need to bfe the axe, don't know how. Oh, and there's a paint job.

That looks really nice actually. Could benefit from DSCs IRL extender packs, and BFEing the axe to swing 180 degrees, but the core design is solid.
