I'm sure it gets under some bots, but when you're faced with a bot with a modern wedge they'll go straight under.

As for the extender work, use moar multi-extenders. Frankly you could use 2 - one at the bottom for the scoop, and 1 above it for the spikes (on the side AP's) and the flamer (top AP).

It'd weigh a lot less and be a lot less fragile.

I was thinking... should I use a slightly modified version of this, or a middleweight version of mutant.

To improve on my building skills, I'm going to upload a new or modified bot every day. Here's Flamethrower Mk.2:

Gets under 80% of the bots in the LDAI 0.1.2 pack.

lol since when was getting under IRL bots an achievement?

If that's a standard bot then you need a hinge wedge of some description. Also you can use less Co2 and shrink the chassis.

Weight?

lol since when was getting under IRL bots an achievement? It isn't, I was just saying that because Flamethrower Mk.2 is an IRL bot and people have been questioning the abilities of the Scoop.

If that's a standard bot then you need a hinge wedge of some description. I never do standard.

Also you can use less Co2 and shrink the chassis. Less Co2 I agree, but I think the chassis are already good.

Weight? Plastic 10, 398.8kg.

I didn't really make a big skin for it, but if you really want to see it I'll upload it.

Just a working skin. Not too bad, but kind of lazy.

If the vlad spike goes into the flamethrower it's unrealistic, having the burst motor on the outside of the chassis is unrealistic in this case as well. The plow being held on by a plastic extender just looks flimsy and would break on contact IRL.

The plow being held on by a plastic extender just looks flimsy and would break on contact IRL. Fair enough. I'll remove a Co2 tank and switch it to Aluminum.

Changing it to aluminium doesn't change the fact that it's a large plow held on by a small extender, also regarding the burst motor nobody in their right mind would put a piston on the outside of their bot because it would just get ripped off and destroyed.

So if you were making a real robot you'd allow your expensive motors to be very easy to hit to other robots AND be held on with just plastic? That's why (along with the other bits Plaz mentioned) your current setup is not IRL, in my eyes anyway.

So if I put flippermakers around the motor and the plow's extender, that would make it irl

For the motor, I guess. It would help. But change all those Poly extenders for some variety of metal, then you won't need Flippermaker's on the Plow extender, and it'll help give a more IRL feel to the motor extender.

And attaching a small sheet of steel in front of a fragile piston held on by a tiny extender is structurally sound how?
