if only that was legal DSL.

Also nice fail using 4WD on a MW flipper.

Everyone's a critic- that was the only burst I could use without the flipper being completely pathetic. And what's wrong with the 4WD? Its handling and stability are actually very good for a Judge Flipper.

2WD is better with stronger motors and wheels on a MW.

Let's shove this one in Nar's face, shall we? It's effective, it looks good, the chassis is very tight around the components...
lol

npc's would be a better choice imo, saves you quite a bit of weight to use elsewhere whilst still being fast enough

There is that, but I don't want the wheels outside the chassis.

They dont have to be if you place the npcs the right way.
NR is npc right and i think you can guess what NL is
NR NL NL NL

See if you can put it like that.

I use this method a lot on my bots, you won't get them interlocking tightly, but looking at your bot you should easily achieve keeping the wheels inside the bot.

I do like the looks of that flipper. If it had a good skinning job, rather than leaving it gray, it would look even more awesome. I've not tried a 4WD MW Flipper, though, it'll be interesting to see how that affects its controllability.

It's actually surprisingly controllable, and provides good speed and agility, not to mention ground clearance, for a MW flipper. So hopefully, it should be alright.

I like the shape of the chassis. REally looks cool.
Glad you like it, everyone   :approve:

As a minor update, I lowered the chassis down slightly to improve its centre of gravity and save weight-

(I haven't got round to skinning it yet, as you can see)

Same armour at 3mm Steel, but I was able to save enough weight to put a 9th Ant Battery in there (under the flipper, just in case you're wondering), enabling it to fight longer. Unfortunately, I couldn't fit the NPCS in there without them sticking out, so I kept the original drive.

It's a bit like Dantomkia meets M2. I'm sure it'd look fantastic with a decent skin. I think 9 ants is about right for it, personally, if it's stil got the 4WD.

Well, almost a year later, I've come back here. Doesn't mean I've completely stopped on IRL RA2, though.

Remember Pyromancer? It was Champion of the Superheavyweight Division in B4ttlebots. Since then, it's procreated and had its own little mutant child. I'd like to introduce-

Arsonist. A feisty little number, its interests include baking, origami, watching Antiques Roadshow, playing the piano (its favourite piece being the Moonlight Slaughter in E Flat) and inflicting searing death upon anything that looks at it a bit funny.

Whilst smaller than its father, it packs just as much firepower, with three DSL Flamethrowers all lined-up for the same sheer amount of burnination. These work in conjunction with its rather good chassis wedge and powerful 4-wheel drive to trap its opponents and force them to where it wants to go.
It's tenacious too, with plenty of batteries and gas tanks powering everything, and all wrapped up in 5mm Steel.

Oh, and it has this for if it gets flipped-

And that's about it. Thoughts?

looks absolutely worthless if it gets flipped, needs a srimech

also looks like its going to have a difficult time koing things, atleast it could still win by points

skin is p cool tho
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Actually, it's invertible- granted it's less effective when flipped, but it drives around easily enough, and can drive up an opponent's wedge, or otherwise something else if it needs to get back up.

As for the KOing thing, it's surprisingly capable of delivering KOs with its hooked teeth. The Flamethrower, which is essentially tripled in power when combined compared to a single one, garners up massive damage and points, and saps away an opponent's armour quickly, allowing the teeth and drive to finish the job. Setting up and knocking down, so to speak  ^^

I'm glad you like the skin, though. Took me a while to get it right, but I'm quite pleased with it     :approve:
