ok here is the new CARKICKER2.2. i am done just making a splash to show the bots i make. so ill upload vids to myyoutube channal then embed them in to my post. soo you can see what the bot dose and more efectively help make them better. all this so your vids of GUMBA will be a little better. this one a low quality vid i was making sure i could get the RA2ube uploader to work.
the you tube link.

On MLO, put on 4 hypno wheels instead and improve the wedges. Then, it should be good to go.

I second R0B0's proposal.

Also the srimech on MLO doesn't needs to be that heavy.

And it's a triple post.

A few things I think you could change...

1) swap the battlepack for 2 ants (Dunno if you're aware of the new 1 ant per spin motor discovery)
2) use the lighter but bigger 4kg control board
3) maybe change the weapons. Maybe hex plates and irons or something?
4) maybe use the shorter Multi-Extenders instead of the long one, and just raise it up
5) I'm not sure the spike strip is necessary, you could use the weight from that on the main weapon system.

Might save a bit of weight there, but I gotta say, it looks nifty! I like it a lot :D

Looks good. I joined recently so you don't know me, but it's nice to meet you. I would get grippier wheels and use the blue control board. Happy your back.

Do what Craaig said and add another wedge onto the bottom. Steep wedges aren't as good as low wedges so you could downgrade the skirts and add another wedge underneath.

Good to see you building again. Anyways, I've got something on the wiki that recapitulates most of the basic DSL building tips you can get and that we have collected over the years:

https://gametechmods.com/RA2wiki/index.php?title=Naryar's_DSL_tips

You might want to download the Starcore AI pack of DSL, NAR AI, that I have done over the years if you want a better challenge than DSL 2.1 AI.

I noticed how much you liked building 1500+ bots, maybe you should enter Somebody's Clash of the Titans tourney, that's for 5000 KG bots.

And signups are set to end the 10th but will probably go longer seeing that there is no open brackets/vids spot.

i tweaked the heck out of 340 but i couldnt get it to where i liked it. heres CARBINITE. i hate that you guys put hours into your bots and they look it. I put about 4.5 hrs into this little bugger, mainly getting the drive motors offset just enough that it will flip it self back over, and it looks like i did it in ten secs lol. i tried out the wide ants and i gotta say they work great. the bot has awesome speed and handling for a LW HS.

Fail weapons, use something without normals. Axes are not fitted for HS.
